Project Management Tools
Managing projects implies set-up procedures and operational tools helpful both to researchers taking part in a project and administrative staff involved in projects’ financial implementation. Measures that need to be considered when managing a European grant are here synthetically described. The followings are practical information on reporting projects’ expenditures and managing financial Audits (being directed at UNIMORE these instruments are only Italian language).
